BlueEyes Technology will never ask you to operate an ATM to cancel an order, refund a payment, or change installment settings.

Do Not Operate an ATM

Scammers may pretend to be customer service staff and ask you to use an ATM, online banking, or mobile banking to fix a payment issue. ATMs cannot cancel orders or reverse installment settings. If you receive such a call, hang up immediately.

Do Not Provide Passwords or Verification Codes

Do not provide bank passwords, credit card information, SMS verification codes, account credentials, or personal identification data to unknown callers, messages, or websites.

Verify Through Official Channels

If you are unsure whether a message or phone call is genuine, contact BlueEyes Technology through the phone number listed on our official website. In Taiwan, you can also call the 165 anti-fraud hotline for assistance.

Protect your personal information and confirm suspicious requests before taking action.

Do Not Install Unknown Software

Do not install remote-control software, unknown apps, browser extensions, or files sent by strangers. These tools may allow scammers to access your computer, phone, or financial accounts.

Be Careful With Email and Links

Do not open suspicious email attachments, e-cards, shortened links, or file-sharing downloads. Malicious links can steal account information or install harmful software.

Do Not Enter Personal Data on Unknown Websites

Before entering account, payment, or identity information, confirm that the website address is correct and that the connection is secure. Avoid entering sensitive data on pages reached through suspicious messages.

When in doubt, stop, verify, and contact official support.
