  2. Some modules require account review, technical setup, or a service configuration period before launch.
  3. Third-party services may change availability, pricing, rules, review standards, or technical limits outside BlueEyes control.

App Modules

  1. iOS and Android app services may require Apple Developer and Google Play accounts supplied by the customer.
  2. Store submission, app review, visual design, account setup, and policy changes from Apple or Google may affect schedule and cost.
  3. Custom app design or custom app functions are quoted separately.

Registration and SSL Modules

  1. The Registration Module may require SSL for secure sign-in and account handling.
  2. Facebook and Google sign-in depend on the rules and availability of those external platforms.

Live Streaming Module

  1. Live streaming depends on the selected streaming service and that service's rules, account status, and technical limits.
  2. If YouTube or another external streaming platform changes policies or availability, service behavior may be affected.

Dynamic ID Watermark

  1. The Dynamic ID Watermark Module displays learner identity information during playback to reduce unauthorized sharing.
  2. Watermarking is a deterrent and traceability feature; it cannot prevent every type of screen recording or external capture.

Other Modules

  1. Payment, QR Code, Code Redemption, Online Customer Service, Quiz and Test, and SMS modules may require additional workflow confirmation before setup.
  2. SMS message fees, payment gateway fees, and other external service charges are billed separately when applicable.
